By creating an account or using mybmctool.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. mybmctool.com is operated under the trade name mybmctool.com ("we", "us").
mybmctool.com is a browser-based Business Model Canvas tool. It lets you create, edit, share and export Business Model Canvases. Paid plans add AI features (website analysis, photo scan, voice input, gap analysis, investor scoring) powered by the Anthropic Claude API. AI outputs are powered by a credit system. Credits are consumed each time you trigger an AI feature.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of a third party without their knowledge. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed monthly or yearly via Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We will give you at least 30 days notice before increasing the price of your plan.
AI credit top-ups are a separate one-time purchase. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.
You may use the Service for your own business or client work. You may not:
You own the content you create and input into your canvases. We own the platform, its code, design and all related intellectual property. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
AI outputs are suggestions based on the information you provide. They are not professional strategic, financial or legal advice. We make no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before acting on it.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may perform maintenance, make updates or temporarily restrict access. Free-tier accounts do not have a service level agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your canvases will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, after which recovery is not possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
